She probably should have left after Elphick attempted to hit her, but at the same time it was prudent to document this incident because Ukenta certainly should not have faith in her word over Elphick's when the police show up. Her only ally at this point was the camera on her phone. And I doubt she would have had anyone in that store advocating for her if she was the one on the floor being hysterical.
