People need to stop pushing this narrative that Macs are for "creatives." Of course MS Office works better on Windows but that's not the epitome of productivity that it once was, especially when Google Docs does everything for 90% of people these days. As a software developer, I've see Macs as the dominant machines in this space for the past decade. The web runs on Unix/Linux and MacOS (Unix) is a better choice for developing apps for that platform in my opinion. Windows is just emulating what you get out of the box with MacOS. Just my 2 ½ cents.

Also, the primary argument against using Windows is that it's Windows.
