I understand your skepticism about the surveillance aspect of blockchain tech. However, as these new digital asset classes become the norm and paper money becomes extinct, we cannot miss out on opportunies to build wealth for the future for fear of technology we may not control. To me the answer is to embrace it, educate ourselves, and make it work for us instead of sitting on the sidelines while rich White people take over this area that they've been trying to demonize for the past decade.
