I think LevelUp is doing this. And it's nice that some rewards programs integrate with Apple Pay so it's sort of "universal". Maybe that's some incentive for you to use Apple Pay. The FaceID with masks threw a wrench into the ease of using it previously with the thumb-reader but they seem to have figured that out and it works pretty consistently.
